How To Order
1. Ordering
You may place an order by filling out the email order form. Feel free to choose the product(s) that you are interested in. Please send your inquiry form via email by picking the item(s) from our gallery and filling in the quantity box. Please fill out the order form completely.

2. Minimum Order and Pricing Terms
The prices of the items on the web site are FOB Indonesia. Prices quoted are valid for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks prices may change without notice. Minimum order quantity per item is 50 pc per design. An assorted color if possible. Minimum dollar value is US $500,00 per order.

3. FREE Sample with Order
All customer who request samples will be charged. The cost of freighting the samples will be the customers responsibility, please advise us of your courier account number in advance. In the events of a customer holding a confirmed order, one sample of each will be free of charge but freight is the responsibility of customers.

4. Payment Method
We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, or Western Union. We require 40% deposit against the total order amount at the time the order is placed. We will start to process your order once we have received your payment to our bank account. The other 60% is to be paid by T/T (if customer is overseas) once the order is completed and the customer will be notified by email. Upon receipt of balance, we will send via airfreight or sea freight accompanied by original documents as required. Please email or fax us your bank transfer receipt in order that we can monitor the status of your transfer.
 
5. Production Time
At the time of order we will send pro-forma and related documents and advise delivery time. Our delivery time depends on quantity, load season and type of items ordered. In a normal situation it will take from 15 to 70 days depending on the above-mentioned factors. Delivery time is stated in right days. Our counting of days starts on receipt of fax copy of T/T or Western Union as a deposit.

6. Refund – Cancellation
Our entire products are passed by tight quality control. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. No cancellations or edit quantity or refunds are accepted once orders have been confirmed.

7. Delivery - Shipping
Airfreight will take up to 7 days to reach your address. We normally use Courier services such as: Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, Postal Office, Air Cargo, etc. Sea Freight will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending on destination. Sea Freight, starts with a minimum volume of 1 cubic meter up to 40ft HC Container. Price lists are changed every single month by the shipping Line Company.

8. Standard Packing
Item products of your order will be packed in 6 units until 12 units depending on the kind of item. After that we use small boxes. And than we are using a standard boxes with dimension of: 58 x 34 x 49 cm. Just for additional Information, 1 cubic meter = 8 standard boxes. 20 ft Container can be fill up by 300 standard boxes = 30 cubic meter in volume

9. Damaged merchandise and Insurance
Charges do not include insurance. If you want insurance, we will help you to get insurance coverage. We are not responsible for orders that go astray that are not insured. If the damaged caused by our production, we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit for your next order. We will always do our best to our entire valued customer.
